•  Acquisition support, incl. valuation, due diligence and financial integration in respect of two significant acquisition targets and a     further two completed transactions
•  Control and reporting of significant multi-phase Group-wide restructuring project, with cost of £15m leading to ongoing annualised     cost savings £22m
